License agreement (draft)
Draft prepared on 21 October 2026.
This license agreement is a draft pending legal review. It will apply only once licenses are sold, and may change before then. No licenses are sold today.
1. Who this agreement is between
This agreement is between you and Danilson Da Veiga Ramos, sole proprietor, Monthey, Switzerland, who publishes Bundvera (“we”). It applies when you activate a paid Bundvera license.
2. What you may do
- Free version: use the free features for personal and commercial work.
- Bundvera Solo: one named person may use the paid features, for commercial work, on the computers they use.
- Bundvera Studio: up to five named people working in the same studio or business may use the paid features, for commercial work, on the computers they use. The studio name may be printed on receipts.
A license is perpetual for the major version it was bought for (for example, every 1.x release). A later major version may be offered as a paid upgrade.
3. What you may not do
- Share a license key beyond the people it covers, or publish it.
- Resell, rent or sublicense Bundvera.
- Remove notices, or reverse engineer the software except where the law allows it.
4. Your files
Bundvera processes your files on your computer. We never receive them. You’re responsible for having the right to copy and deliver the files you check or package, including fonts, plugins and other licensed material.
5. What verification means
Bundvera reports whether files are present and identical to a manifest, and which project dependencies it could read. It doesn’t guarantee that a project opens or renders, that third-party resources are available, or who created a manifest. Premiere Pro project reading is experimental.
6. Warranty and liability
To be completed after legal review, in line with Swiss law and any consumer protection rules that apply to you.
7. Refunds
See the refund policy (draft).
8. Third-party components
Bundvera includes open-source components under their own licenses, listed in the notices distributed with the app.
9. Governing law
Proposed: Swiss law. To be confirmed after legal review.
